Sophie is a transdisciplinary photographic artist and arts educator. Falling in love with photography as a pre-teen, they followed their practice from Australia to the United States. Alongside their contemporary experimental practice and work as an arts educator, Sophie is probably known best for their darkroom-based portrait works using the tintype process.
